UFO Tuesday anyone...?
Anyone remember the UFO Tuesday we used to host at the old site? Who'd be interested in digging out an old project (or projects) every week...something that you need a little encouragement to get back to work on...It's surprising how you can get back into enjoying a project almost abandoned!! If anyone is interested, how about we start this up next Tuesday (November 1st) Would love to see more activity on the forums, might help motivate me to stitch more!! lol
I remember it Jo I have a couple I didnt get finished.I have also been trying to get on Solak group has it finished as My requests for remembership just sit there unanswered.I have just put in a join group again so heres hoping.I can only do smallish items now.
I am not sure about SOLAK Ann, I haven't been active on any other groups for a while.
I have managed to get on Solak.There seems a bit more on there at the moment.I would be up for the Ufo on a tuesday If anyone else is interested.I have a pooh sampler to finish.I started it for a grand child born and he is 2 in November and its still not finished.

Well it's just the two of us so far, but I will get a thread started later, hopefully more of the girls will join us along the way.
Are you saying its a delay on starting the tuesdays ufo Johanna till more become interested. If thats so I will just carry on with my current other stitching for now?.

No Ann, no delay, we will be starting on Tuesday 1st as planned 
Will have to change ufo item as my neck has started again today.I have another UFO a crochet baby sweater and also some knitteds.I hope these are included not just cross stitch.

I don't see why not Ann. The thread is in the cross stitch forum because most of us are primarily cross stitchers and we don't have a suitable more general area, but sure, any UFOs should be included, look forward to seeing your progress on the baby sweater!

I was called back into work early yesterday afternoon so didn't get any stitching done...didn't even make a final choice on my UFO
Well, I am off work for 10 days after this evening, so plenty of stitching time!!!

Well I finally picked out a UFO to work on and I will get all day to stitch - Neil's at work and I am on holiday!! lol I will be working on the Tutankhamun from the Cross Stitcher Superchart a couple years ago. Have to pop into town in a bit, but will get a photo when I get back of where I am before I start stitching. Really looking forward to putting in a few stitches!!!!

Well as usual nothing I stitch goes to plan...lol Couldn't find the page containing the key for Tut, so have pulled out the closest project to hand...my landscape silhouette. Let's see how far I get on this one instead!!
I'll join you but most of my stitching is done on weekends these days. It's certainly not my oldest UFO but it's one I'd love to finish by the end of the year. This is my progress on Spanish Sampler so far (wonky photo as usual!):

Right, that's two of us who want me to finish it in 53 days... can't see it happening myself but I'll certainly give it a go
